As well as creating a beautiful place to dine and eat-in in our modern 46 seat restaurant we also wanted allow our customers to be able to enjoy our famous fish and chips whilst sitting down by the harbour enjoying the views or to take away to enjoy in the comfort of their own home.

Our takeaway restaurant provides a fast and easy way for people to come and experience our fish and chips on the go. Our friendly staff will make sure you are served as quickly as possible and receive your food ready to take away and enjoy.

The Harbour View Takeaway is open: Monday — Friday 11.30am to 2pm, then 4.15pm to 9pm. Saturday 11.30am to 9pm (all day). Sunday closed.

Take Away Our Famous Fish & Chips

Our takeaway is located next door to our main restaurant and is the quickest way to come and experience a real taste of the sea.

The menu is packed full of food that will wow you including: large cod and haddock, scampi, fish cakes, pies, sausages and of course cooked to perfection chips.

Beautifully Prepared Food

When it comes to taking the time to source, prepare and cook our food we take no shortcuts and instead always spend much time making sure our food is the best it can be.

Our famous cod is sourced from Iceland, then prepared in our special batter before being cooked at the right temperature for the right length of time to give it the X factor and the taste that many have come to know over the years as the best tasting fish around.

Enjoy an Ice Cream from Sprinkles

We all like a tasty dessert now and again, especially after a meal. Our ‘Sprinkles’ ice cream parlour, located next door to the Harbour View, serves delightful ice cream and gorgeous milkshakes to satisfy the sweetest tooth.
